The short answer is YES.  Couples love the photo booth experience at their weddings and their guests always have fun using the photo booth as well.  The Moment In Time Photo Booth is a great way to break the ice and get the party started.  The Moment In Time Photo Booth keeps guests entertained and the printed pictures can also be used as an additional set of wedding photos. Yes, most venues allow photo booths and even encourage their usage.  We have not come across a venue that restricted the hosts from having a photo booth at their wedding.  However, some venues may charge a plug-in fee.  It's important to note that we require 6' by 9' at a minimum for the setup and power to the photo booth (110V, 10 amps, 3 prong outlet).

Photo booths for a wedding can range in price from $300-$1,000 +.  The number of guests, print outs, lighting and hours of service influence total cost.

How long should I have a photo booth at my wedding?

Accepted Answer

Most photo booth packages start at 2 hours of service, however Moment In Time offers 1 hour service packages.     Knowing the number of guests attending your wedding will help determine the number of hours you need the photo booth service for.  This gives all of your guests the opportunity to go through the photo booth experience.

How do photo booths work at weddings?

We arrive 30 minutes before the agreed upon start time and setup the agreed upon backdrop, followed by the photo booth and any additional equipment (printer, lighting etc).  Once the equipment is setup and ready to go, guests will make their way to the photo booth and begin taking their pictures.  Once their pictures are complete they will receive digital or print copies instantly.

How do I get my wedding guests to take pictures?

We can setup the photo booth near the main entrance or any high traffic area at your wedding.  The photo booth attracts people naturally and they will want to take pictures with their families and friends.  You can also share information about the photo booth in your itinerary and also have the DJ make an announcement.
